Energy House Spas & Stoves is committed to providing its customers with the highest level of service. We are an Authorized Warranty Service Provider for all Watkins Mfg. Spa products. This includes Hot Spring, Caldera Spas, Tiger River, Hot Spot and Solana Spas.

Our full-time service department provides a complete range of repairs, part installation, replacements, and diagnostics, for above ground and in ground pools, spas and hot tubs.

Stove FAQ's

How to Program Your Remote Control

  1. Unplug base and take battries out of remote

  2. Wait one minute.

  3. Plug in base, put batteries back in remote.

  4. Press and hold off/on button.

How to Light Your Pilot Light

  1. Turn on/off/pilot nob to PILOT position.

  2. Push in and hold.

  3. While holding in, use other hand to push in the ignite button (could take several times to ignite)

  4. Once pilot is lit, continue to hold in pilot nob for 30-45 more seconds.

  5. Turn pilot to ON position.
